Location: West Melbourne

The West End Precinct is comprised of four residential buildings and a hotel. The designs inspiration for each building has a unique stamp on each of the four apartment buildings, creating an unprecedented level of diversity in design. There are multiple amenities throughout the precinct. Within the precinct is a supermarket, restaurants and is located to nearby parks. A medical centre has been incorporated into the design, so too has a cinema as an additional communal area for residents to enjoy. There are futuristic technological additions such as Tesla charging stations and the WE/Life app, connecting residents to their building management, remote access at their fingertips.
