The design is striking with the combination of the black and white is eye-catching from every angle. The sharp lines form a zig zag pattern which frames the building. The design is brought to life with the monochrome colour palette. Sitting eight storeys high, this large site takes full advantage of what St Kilda has to offer particularly the views. The building comprises of 84 apartments with a mixture of one and two bedrooms. In built into the design which includes communal areas; a spa and an outdoor lounge. The design also features commercial space at ground level.
