Mecwacare Malvern is the development of 31 Luxury Retirement Apartments. This new development is associated with the existing Mecwacare residential aged care facility. The site has been master planned to allow residents of the Independent Living Apartments to access care from the residential aged care facility.

The retirement component of the site has a dedicated entry leading to a ground floor destination level with Resident amenity including, café, dining kitchen, lounge and business centre, gymnasium and lifestyle activity room.

The apartment layouts are a generous mix of two and three bedroom apartments all with large outdoor areas and access to views.
