Located on the corner of The Avenue and Waverley Rd, the 3 story Residential Aged Care Facility takes inspiration from its surrounding context and the history of the existing site.
Comprising of 103 rooms and an array of communal facilities including: dining rooms, lounges, winter garden, library, cinema and hair salon. The neighborhood model of care was used in the planning of the facility to deinstitutionalise the facility, allowing groups of 10 – 15 residences to live in each neighborhood.
The interior design evokes a warm and inviting atmosphere for residences through the execution of high level of details and finishes.
