Located on Anderson Creek Rd, the Residential Aged Care Facility is stage one of four. The RACF is home to 150 rooms and a number of dining, lounge and communal spaces to encourage interaction between residences.

A key design feature of the facility is the connection between landscaped areas and the interior. The planning takes advantage of the views and access into the internalised courtyard.

The light filled interior embraces the warm hues of nature and its surrounds. This is further amplified by the use of natural stones and textural timbers on display throughout the interior design of the development.
